REFUND & CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Order Cancellation

 

Customer can cancel the order strictly within 24 hours of placing the Order by dropping us cancellation request on kirgitidesigns@gmail.com  along with order id and customer details .

​

For prepaid orders, after cancellation, amount will be refunded to respecting Bank\Card account. The refund will initiated within 72 hrs.

​

For cash on delivery orders (COD), the order will be cancelled immediately.

​

Exchange Policy

​

Please read the return policy carefully before placing an order. Returns and exchange requests that do not meet our policy will be rejected.

​

Kindly mail us on kirgitidesigns@gmail.com with your registered email mentioning ORDER ID & Mobile Number for returns or exchange related queries.

​

Product sold in sale or offers can not be returned against refund and can only be  exchanged in case of size issues only where courier cost will be borne by the customer. â€‹

​

Customer should share the product photo along  barcode shared by our delivery partner before handing over the product for return  .Don't hand over the return without barcode receipt from courier partner . 

​

Please insure the product you are returning is tied in a closed clean environment and is free from any makeup, food/drink stains, perfume etc. 

​

Please make sure to send the product in original packaging and with proper Tags, we will not accept returns if the package is damaged due to packing fault.

​

Once we receive the product, after inspection/quality check, we will exchange the product or refund the full amount (as per the request) to your respective Bank/Card account within 7-10 days.

​

No refund will be made in case of defected product receipt or dirty or wrong product receipt .

​

In case of transit delays in courier delivery or any transit loss customer have to wait till the issue to resolved for their refund .

Exchange

​

We offer only exchange  within 7 days from the date of delivery. A request for exchange can be filed for defective and damaged products or when there is issue with sizing and fit of the product. A request for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product. The product must be returned unused with all the tags still attached to it. The product will have to be shipped by the customer and any cost arising out of such shipping shall be borne by the customer only. The exchange shall be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product by us. The exchange will be processed as a new order.

Return

​

 We provide customers a store credit in the form of a Gift Card worth the price of the product(excluding shipping charges) for returns which are valid upto 6 months from the date of purchase .
