At Kirgiti, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently while supporting our artisan-led production process.

Shipping Timelines

Ready-to-dispatch orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days.
Delivery timelines are 2–5 days within India after dispatch.
For made-to-order or handcrafted pieces, dispatch may take 45–60 days depending on the craft and production cycle.

Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India and internationally.
Delivery availability may vary for certain pin codes due to courier service limitations.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1100 (within India).
A standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1100.
Additional charges may apply for international orders or remote locations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select serviceable pin codes.
A COD handling fee of ₹100–₹150 will be applied depending on the order value.
Kirgiti reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed from our warehouse and artisan clusters.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected during:

Festivals or sale periods
Weather disruptions
Operational or logistics challenges
