Return & Refund Policy – Kirgiti
At Kirgiti, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. We strive to ensure you love what you receive, while keeping our return process simple and transparent.
Returns
- We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

Exchanges
- We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are applicable in case of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item received
- Size or fit issues
- The product must be returned in unused condition with all tags intact.
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
- Exchange requests are processed within 48 hours of receiving the product and fulfilled as a new order.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order for guaranteed changes or cancellation.
- Between 2–12 hours, requests depend on order processing status.
- After 12 hours, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable or personal care items (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Alternatively, we may offer a store credit (gift card) valid for 6 months, equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
- If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchase.
